Hello all! This engine is mounted in a boat i am considering buying. Got any info on it? The starter and dynamo is broken.. will it be easy to get new parts? Any help is appreciated! (unfortunately i dont have any serial numbers or type letters on the pics.. Feel free to reply on email as well as here. Thank you in advance! |

found out that it is not a Fairbanks Morse engine... explaines why i could not find info on it! :D It is a Fredrikstad Motorfabrikk engine. (norwegian) |

This is the boat the fm L2 is mounted in.. has gotten manuals to it now.

It is built in 1954. I dont know who designed it, but the design is from the western part of Norway. Unfortunately i was not able to buy the boat since it was a bit to long to fit into my section of the pier... but i keep looking for the perfect wooden boat for me.. |
