Can anyone identify this engine. It is very similar to a Waterman that has been shown on this site but there are differences. I assume it would take a Shebler model D carb. I'm not sure what the timer would be like as there are no gears like the Waterman and there is no eccentric to drive a pump. The red insulating ring appears to be part of the timer as it has a steel pin through to the crank shaft that would complete the grounding circuit.
Any help in identifying it and direction for a parts source would be greatly appreciated. I would like to get it to run again.
Bobwhat is it

Bob,

It might be easier for someone to help if the photos were larger.

If you have trouble posting them let me know and I can do it.

Judging from the offset cylinder, I'd guess Ramsey made in Philly
