Hi, my boat has a five horse Briggs engine with what looks like a factory drive (labelled 'B and S'). A shift lever on a sliding collar moves the drive shaft in and out of the drive unit to give forward, neutral and reverse. It has its own oil fill. At first it would sometimes pop out of forward, now it won't go into gear at all.

Any info at all on where I can find info on this drive or what I might expect to see or need to do when I open it up would be appreciated so, so much!

thanks,

m.

(for some reason it's not highlighting the whole address, you might have to paste it by hand)

I will be down at the boat this weekend, I'll take some more...I will probably be taking it apart slowly then.
