Hello Everyone, I wanted to let all you marine engine collectors know that I'm trying to create a section on my website to help identify Detroit & related 2 cycle type engines stationary & Marine. The focus of this section will eventually be more on marine engines then stationary engines simply because it seems to be more difficult to identify the marine engines. This information will be available for all to view. Also you are welcome to post any photos or information on this Old Marine Engine forum as a reference to help other collectors - restorers. Please take a look at the link below and if you have any info or tips on identifying these type engines & you would like to contribute please email me. Thank's http://www.antiquengines.com/Identifying_Your_Engine.htm [email protected] P.S...I still have more information & photos to post on this section. |

* Johnny Your site has come a long way in a short time, its very readable and informative about a rather comingled conglomerate of the Jefferson ave mfgrs. I appreciate your struggle to date these different engs as well ! Keep up the good work--- Richard * |
