We received the following by email:
quote:Greetings: We have inherited a fully restored 26 foot 1912 Minett launch that was the dream of my late father-in-law. We are writing to everyone who may be able to help. We need to sell her as soon as possible. We are willing to work with brokers, restorers or directly with collectors. We are seeking help on the best way to go about this. Although we reside in the land of the mahogany runabouts, there are a dwindling number of launches on Lake Tahoe, Nevada, USA. She really needs to be back in the country of her birth, and preferably to the place where she spend most of her life in the Lake Muskoka area. In the least, she needs to be somewhere in the northeast where she will be appreciated. Here is a link to some information on the boat: Click here to see "Wascana" info.: If you have any suggestions or know of someone who may be interested, please get in contact with us. We had a recent marine survey completed and it will be made available for interested buyers. Regards, George and Ann Schofield 619.226.4117 619.228.5116 email: [email protected]
