Volvo Penta 2003 in Hong Kong

Volvo Penta 2003-S 1. Very low oil presure at idle - warning light on but pressure fine at normal engine speed. 2. I want to do a cylinder head service, if I pull the injectors do I have to replace the sleeves or can I replace the serviced injectors into the old sleeves? Replacing the sleeves requires special "unobtainium" tools. Any help would be much appreciated David
