Hi Ernie,
The 'Bush' island boat was design by the Bushes of Bush Island Nova Scotia. I have one of Guy Bushes models at home. He is in his mid-eighties. The boat lines were taken from a boat owned by Caleb Bush and the original engine was installed in the boat...5 hp Acadia.
The plans are available from the school.
Unfortunately I have a similar 28' boat in much needed restoration...it may be beyond repair.
