Hello Risto - I have a Scripps brochure that describes their F-4 series engines: 60 HP @ 2000 RPM, 220 cu. in. displacement, 3.75 in. bore, 5 in. stroke. Don't know what YCLMB means but if it is a marking on a casting, it could be the casting pattern number. Standard carburetor is a Stromberg updraft. The catalog is probably from the 1930 - 1940 period. Your best bet for parts is to post a question on the parts wanted section in the classified ad part of OME. Hope this is of some help. Thank You Bob for Your help. My Scripps have text 2400-3500 RPM in labell and engine is about 100 cu. Power might be between 30-45 hp, because engine is small and ligh. Tecnical contruction is similar than 1930-1940 engines, but i believe that engine has manufactured about 1950th. Thank You for Your letter. |
