C Duffey,

If you are having trouble posting a photo it could be because the file size is too large. It should be reduced to 40Kb or under prior to posting.

If you still can't get it posted email it to me and I will post it.

C Duffey,

Hard to see much from that photo... how about a description as well... how many cylinders? is it a "V" configuration? I assume that you don't know the displacement.

Anything else you can add...?

I'm not really sure about motors. It was left in my garage by a previous owner. It does say Palmer Fresh Water on it. A plate on it says model PB-V-215 (it's kind of hard to read) ?? HP 150 and I can't read the RPM. Let me know if this helps any.

Lousy photo but I am looking. I have all the post WWII engine spec sheets and just have not had a chance to go through them.

That is what model it is... PB-V215
  • Overhead valve, high speed V-8
  • 3-1/2" x 2-4/5"
  • 150HP @ 4600RPM
  • 215 cubic inch
  • 8.8:1 compression ratio

Did the "B" stand for "Buick"? "Palmer Buick"...??

Andrew I wonder if there is a serial number. I pulled the spec sheet out of a 1962 Palmer folder but being loose leaf I don't know whether it is 1962. Never heard of Buick conversion but that doesn;t mean they didn't will try to locate the service manual for the engine. sent you three Items to post as photos. Regards, Dick
