I had this twin buzz coil on the shelf and was checking it out for my Dunn. What a great design. The front comes off with 6 small wood scrwes and allows the condensers and coil secondary windings to be removed and checked/cleaned/replaced in a fraction of the time it might take to swap out the whole coil
or the frustration of trying to "dig out" a condenser from the tar.
Thought you might enjoy the pictures. They apparently dated all the parts as being "fresh" at a certain date. In this case the parts have a 1909 date. They still all work. (I wonder if the hard drive on my PC will be going strong in the year 2100 or so??
