For my senior design project, my team and I are fulling restoring a Lockwood Ash marine engine. The plaque on the engine is missing so we're not sure of the model or the Type. The horsepower is 2 1/2. If there's anyone who can help identify the model of the engine, then that would be very helpful. I'm probably gonna upload our progress onto this site since this is very cool.

Reynaldo,
Looks like you have a model 24. You will need a 3/4 inch Schrebler carburetor, a couple grease cups, water drain valve, timer gear cover, a tag, and maybe some timer parts. All of which should be available. Welcome to the hobby!
Jim

Thank you Jim! We actually have a couple of parts in a separate box, but I will talk about all you have mentioned with the team.

Thank you Jamie, can I send my mailing address to the email linked to your account?

Jim if you have any additional information or documents about the model 24, 2 1/2 hp LA engine then that would be a big help to me and my team.

Also does anyone have any plans to a model 24, 2 1/2 hp LA engine? My team and I are really needing something like that to help with manufacturing our own parts or to narrow down which parts are missing with our engine. We're also needing a manual of any kind so we know what kind of fuel it takes.
