Now then all,

Apologies for the stupid question.

I'm looking at a boat with an old Sabb type G in it that is beyond repair unfortunately. I've seen there is a 2HG for sale within budget. My question is regarding the engine bed and mounts. Would the 2HG drop onto the existing bed? I seem to remember reading somewhere that it would but cant remember where? Any information you can give would be appreciated.
