It's about 6 pm EDT on Aug 29.
Looking at weather radar and wind maps, it looks like Ida came ashore about 1 hour ago.
I hope all our friends there will make it through this one. It looks like Donaldsonville took a direct hit.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
