For what its worth here is a sketch of a Kingston 4 ball float made using Restoration Supply nitrophyl.
It is easy to machine and if you get reasonably close to the sketch it will fit. The float needle must seat on a sharp edge or it will not seal and will leak. I found that a 2 flute center cut end mill will produce a sharp edge use fairly high speed.  |

Its a copy of ancient Anvil a doss program written
in 1969 I think. Still being sold today. 2d Son Scott installed a copy of Virtual Box on my Mac
Its very stable. JB thinks it is started with a rope its so old.

Dick,
I was making some drawings for a tool today at work, and could only find one old pencil. Every time I used the eraser it made a mess. That made me think of your prints, and the need to learn how to use a cad program. Thanks for the info.
