Hi, can anyone from photo ID this Stuart model I have just acquired on a Launch. Is it a preserved engine? see label attached and claimed never been commissioned. I am just a buyer, not an engineer and any tips for pre-checking before an attempt at starting would be greatP5 possibly and Launch
