Electrical control
Adopt AC motor drive, inverter speed control, PLC, touch screen operation, auto on line monitor, auto trouble alarm and display�
Auto ignition: ignite 3~5 times each operation, ignition success or failure display, once ignition failure then gas solenoid valve would close automatically.
Burner auto turn: once machine speed reach set value, then burner auto turn and start to singeing fabric.
On line ionization device: once extinguish, then gas solenoid valve would close automatically, and alarm, display on touch screen, burner auto reset to initial position, improve combustion safety.
On line monitor cooling water flow flux, water pressure, water temperature, once no water flow or water pressure less set value, then gas solenoid valve would not open, once water shut off, then gas solenoid valve auto close and alarm as well as display on touch screen, burner auto back to initial position, once cooling water temperature is over set value, then gas solenoid valve auto close, burner back to initial position and alarm as well as display on touch screen.
On line monitor burner body temperature, if temperature is over set value, then gas solenoid valve auto close, burner back to initial position, alarm and display on touch screen.
On line monitor air blower running, if running ok, then gas solenoid valve open and ignition process, otherwise, valve close and no ignition process, if air blower is abnormally during running, then gas solenoid valve auto close, burner back to initial position, alarm and display on touch screen
On line monitor smoke exhaust fan running, if running ok, then gas solenoid valve open and ignition process, otherwise, valve close and no ignition process, if smoke exhaust fan is abnormally during running, then gas solenoid valve auto close, burner back to initial position, alarm and display on touch screen
