That is a beautiful piece of art. What a great calendar these old covers would make! I was just wondering where the prop, shaft & rudder were, but they might well have been removed for shipping(?) As for Frisbee, yikes, what a piece of molding and casting: twin cylinders en bloc with integral manifolds! Think of the water jackets and passages! They must have paid their moulders very well and hired the best. Easthope had the Vancouver (or BC?) franchise for Frisbee at one time, so they sold widely. |
