Thanks all. The gentleman who owns this certainly saved it from Salt damage. He filled it with antifreeze some years ago. We repaired some minor cracks along the bottom of the water jacket and reassembled the engine. After tweaking the the ignitor a bit it ran pretty well as is. It's interesting to note the differences between this and the first Palmer. This one doesn't have nearly the adjustments of ignitor. It seems Palmer worked out some kinks along the way.
