hi all, I'm looking to get familiar with these engines and have some questions.
how long were the sea pup engines made?
were there different castings, or are all blocks and heads interchengeable?
what is the weight of a sea pup with transmission?
any key vulnerabilities such as parts that cannot be obtained?
how susceptible are these to salt water?
is the transmission separate? if I bought one that was used as direct drive, can I add a transmission?
how hard are transmissions to find?
where can I find the specs or other info on these?
this seems to be a good engine for my purposes, so is tere anything else I should think of?
any answers appreciated!!! thank you
