I have purchased a Kermath Model 16 engine. It was sold in the UK through Gaines gears and differs from others I have seen photos of as it has two cylinder blocks and a cast iron crankcase and sump. It is engine number 34467. Does anyone have any more information on this engine? The water jacket on one block has serious frost damage but I think it should be repairable. |

Ben - do you have an approximate date of manufacture? |

I can't really be too sure of the year. Other than the engine number the only other mark is cast into the flywheel "T-4-16". |

OK Ben - I have a lot of Kermath catalogs dating from 1918. I'll have to look through them to see if I can find an engine that looks like yours. Could you plse provide a photo of the Port side? Cheers |
