I have a 4hp twin cyl Evinrude Mod No, E4 BRCTA. Ser NO, B012229. Cant find year of manufacture on any web site can anyone help.

Have a 1982 Renault Couach RC8D...need a water circuit drain plug with anode...leaking badly

Heard parts only available in the UK...have emailed the Renault UK page but got no response

any suggestions?
