i have bought a boat with a 1981 model
T6.354.4 (sorry i dont have the serial number) engine with what we suspect has a blown head gasket , ( still runs but has water in the oil
and visa versa and it is also overheating.
Well i have a guy who wants to sell me a head that he knows comes of a
6.354 but doesn't know if its a early or late model and i have the
problem that he doesn't have the serial number of the engine the head
came off .
Sorry getting long winded ,just wondering if you could tell by the
photos if its a late model head .
