You wonder how white their jackets and hats were by the end of the run sitting just a couple of feet behind those exhaust pipes. They were probably deaf at t he end of the run too - based on what the Rolls Royce Griffon engine sounded lie last summer ( it has wet exhaust out at the transom). miro |

They did not run heat exchangers. Cooled directly by lake or river water. |
