So I got the head off of the MD2B per suggestions from my last post. Now I'm working on clearing the exhaust manifold so that water will flow to the cylinder jackets again. The passage to cylinder #2 is open, but the passage to cylinder #1 is clogged. I've been fishing around with a coat hanger and soaking the passage ways with muriatic acid but I still can't get water to flow from the manifold water input to the cylinder #1 supply port. Does anybody have an ideas of a good tool or procedure to open this this up ? |
