Hello! Is there anyone who can tell me what brand/type of engine this is? We think it may be a bedford 330 but we're not sure. Many thanks from the Netherlands

From the picture, the engine seems to be a stationary power unit. The crankcase is level and there is no apparent connection for a marine fwd-N-rev gear box. Te engine mounting arrangement is also level. miro |

Similar to perkins allso. You can get the numbers off the injector pump and search back through a rebuilder you can find the engine. |

Miro, this engine has indeed been used by the firedepartment as a power unit. We want to install this engine in a boat. To do so we will need a flywheel housing and the seach for that part is more easy if you kwow what kind of engine this is. Thanks for both of your help! I have tried that and the answer became easy to find. It is indeed a bedford 330. Do you know of there are a lot of spare parts for this engine? Especially the flywheel housing? (I'm sorry if my english is not that good) Greetings from holland |
