Sea Scout 91 vs 112

So we just picked up a 4 cylinder 112 motor for cheap with the intentions of using some of the external parts for our installed ss91. Th 91 needs a complete rebuild while the 112 is good to go. My question is, would it make too big of a difference to install the 112 instead? I know the weight is about the same and I would have to install a slightly larger prop but other than that, would there be any downside to adding 6 HP? Our sailboat is 34' long with a waterline of approximately 24'. The displacement is about 13,000 pounds. Thanks! Laurie
