HI, I have all but finished a rebuild on an NTS70R. The engine was a basket case so have no idea whether the fuel flow problem I have was an issue before I got her. Immediately after the rebuild (3 years ago) she was running but now I get fuel to the pump but not out of it. Any thoughts and yes I drained the fuel before storing her. |

If its a rotary pump its likely the 2 little plungers inside are stuck,a common problem. |

Thanks Larry, but I don't think it's a rotary pump Iv'e turned the motor over with the bleed valve open, and there's a good flow there, but no pressure at the injectors |

Thanks Larry,it is a rotary pump,if anybody has an exploded view of a 1976 (circa)CAV rotary fuel pump that could be downloaded to my Email address? [email protected] I would appreciate it. |
