It looks like the contact pressure of the part to be cleaned on the basket is enough to make a good electrical contact for the thing to work OK. I had always thought the the part needed a good electrical connection to the negative lead, i.e. a clamp of some sort. But I agree with JB - looks like you've got'er working fine. I like your idea of the small bolts connecting the positive electrodes to the wall of the pail and providing a good way of making the connection to them.. miro |

Miro, So far it works well with just the weight of the part in the basket. If I need better electrical contact, I would either clamp or wire down the parts. |
