Did they build stationary engines with "Gray Motor Company Detroit" cast on the side of the water hopper? We are trying to find out which type we have or who built it. We think it is 6 hp because of the size of the flywheels. Where can we find a manual or more information re: this type of gray stationary engines? Thanks for any help. R&R Snuggs |

R&R Here is a website with a fair amount of data on Gray Stationary engines. http://www.geocities.com/baja/canyon/4192/Gray/graymotorcompany.html I have a 1913 (or so) 4HP which was introduced after the 6HP, but very similar.
