anyone know if the timer on this engine is complete? And how do I or what do I need to do to hook it up to the battery and coil, What type of coil and size of battery do I use. Thanks for your time |

There should be a tab to contact the spiral rotating contact, I think it would go under the screw to the right facing the timer. It's been a long time since I've seen a Caille timer, the push button disconnects to allow reversing or stopping. Try to trace the path of current, the rotating spiral contacts a plate on the fiber ring, this completes the circuit allowing the buzz coil to fire. The push button in the handle should break the circuit. It's wired from battery + to buzz coil, coil to the timer stud, out of the timer to bat -. |
