I have what appears to be an unused conversion kit for a Ford Flathead V-8. brass fittings manifolds very heavy wooden crate. It came to me via a distant relative that used to work at a Ford dealership. I will try to post photo's or message me for the photo's. I do not have any printed material on this group of conversion parts. if you are well versed in these early Ford conversions, please pass along any information you have.Thanks. |

Greetings, It will be very interesting to find out several things: Is this a Ford Kit or somebody like Osco, Glenwood, Scripps, Kermath etc. A lot of companies made parts for those engines. You say "Early Ford". Does this mean pre-bellhousing (pre49)? The reverse gear would bolt directly to the block. Round or square exhaust manifolds? Where is this kit located? What do you want to do with it? Cheers, Lew |
