Hi All, this almost looks like a carb, it is attached to atmospheric intake, it has it's stem covered with a threaded brass cover. The valve cage has a 1 5/8" fine thread that would screw into ? The air intake seems very small. The tag indicates that it has been patented in several places in Europe. Can anyone help me identify this thing.
