Arlan Carters new book The American Rowboat Motor
has 22 pages on Koban. It sells for $35. plus shipping. Having said that email me with good photos of yours, as I have parted out several models and I may have the parts you need. B.J. Pawlaczyk email # [email protected]

Richard on page 234 "The American Rowboat Motor" is is the cover of a brochure. Although the book is mainly early outboards but is does have some inboards. Arlan Carter spent many years gathering catalogs, adds, photo's etc. etc.. It is a must have book as it is the best illustrated history and identification guide for America's earliest outboard motors. Richard I had the Timer made years ago I will see if my foundry guy will make another one. B.J. Pawlaczyk
