Here are 2 videos from New Zealand The first reminds me of the Greendale recently posted - a marine engine mounted on a stationary base. The second is early - still is using the oiler and it has the mounting flange at the bottom of the crankcase. http://www.youtube.com/user/TheEnginecollector?email=subscription_create#p/a/f/0 /DfJG8eGz7U8 http://www.youtube.com/user/TheEnginecollector?email=subscription_create#p/a/f/0 /DfJG8eGz7U8 Miro |

Hi Miro, Not sure where you got your info on this Detroit? The 12 hp stationary twin Detroit engine in the video belongs to a friend (Ed Roland) who lives in Ohio. The video was done by another engine collector and friend (Tom Sampson) at the Miami Valley Steam Threshers in Plain city Ohio. Here in the good ole USA. |

Miro, I went back and looked at the page those video's are linked to and notice the gentleman is from New Zealand. Looks like he has posted a lot of other collectors videos to his page. Even Scott Noseworthy's 6 hp Caille video is linked to his page. |

Nathan, are you talking about American Engine Company? I do not think there is that much information available on that company. |

Nathan - I have a 1925 American Engine Company catalog in my collection so if your engine is an American and is in that time frame I can make a copy for you. |
