Palmer P-60 Valve Tappet Cover Question.

Author Message   keysdiver Posted on Monday, June 16, 2003 - 11:22 pm:        The manual I have says there should be 4 bolts holding the Valve Tappet Cover in place. Mine has only 2 (and there does not appear to be any place for 2 others). It also has a copper tube the comes out and makes a 90 degree turn, but does not appear to connect to anything. Anyone out there have the same configuration? What's the purpose of this copper tube?
