According to the caption on this old press photo this "craft was launched Feb. 24 1930 at Quincy Mass.Her designer, Pauk K. Dudley, Fitchburg, Mass.believes that the wings will lift her virtually out of the water giving her tremendous speed. It is equipped with two 450 HP liberty motors and the propellers are her only driving force. The control mechanism is similar in all respects to that of the airplane even to the rudders."
