I can tell that the one with the 2 handsome guys (one of the guys has a silly grin which lasted for days) looking downwards at the black egine is a Ferro, which ran for the first time at the show, after many decades. The red engine doing the smoke belch is a Barber, the engine the brass cylinder cover is a Murray and Tregurtha. The inverted engine with red flywheel is ? ? ? The lathe is a Rivett. I cannot add anything to the ftp site directly , but did you have a specific one engine in mind? miro |

I just found out that the so-called ftp site closes after 45 minutes of inactivity. To access the site after it is closed, go to www.shopersdrugmart, then log in using my email ([email protected]), the password is carling, then work your way through to the Kodak picture centre online ( upper left), the film roll ID is 3L-JT9G-YTMA. So if anone finds the picture site closed - go through the proces to open it again for everyone else. Ain't technology smart! I was told that the pictures were available on-line for 1 month - it turns ot to be 45 minutes - that's the last time I'll use that Shoppers Drug Mart service! Miro Forest |

The first engine is a Thrall, the next four are an inverted vee with the output shaft about 20 inches above the base. Connection to the prop shaft was via a double strand roller chain and sprockets. The last five are of the supercalifragilistic Murray & Tregurtha. Thank you Keith for such a wonderful thing. |
