Miro and someone else were looking at my engine wondering why there was no sign of a bearing. I sanded and painted it several years ago. Looking at my tray of parts removed there is the remains of one in there. So it got pulled off when i removed the crank. |

I knew there had to be some kind of thrust bearing - after all that's what these engines did - turn a prop to get pushed through water - it was simply a matter of finding it. Atta boy Larry. miro |
