a 1977 Thompson trawler I'm inspecting next month,
has a "frozen" starboard engine.Both engines have
approx. 3600 hours use.Port works fine.
I think the owner forget to top up the oil in the crankcase!?....or would there be OTHER reasons why
a diesel would "lock up"?
Any advice....before I waste a lot of time travelling 2000 miles for nothing!

Rusted through head gasket or cracks and water inside. |
