hi i have aquired an small marine engine by the name of albin. it is a type 01. it has a sem magneto on it. can anyone tell me an aproximate date of manufacture or give me any other info thanks in advance

Yes this engine has been manufactured in the '30 years, the O1 is one of the first Albin boat engines. The O1 looks very similar to the (newer) O11, but the magneto and reverse gear are different.
