I am rebuilding a Volvo MD5A and am ready to run it on the bench. Can I connect temp and oil pressure gauges to the original sender units? They are currently only wired to alarm lights. Thanks in advance. |

This may be late but it might help others. The oil switch must be replaced by a 34074 0-500kpa vdo gage and a 34082 sender-1/8 nptf thread. The temp sender is cheap 34108 and a 34090 is the right range for the gage both are euro ohmn units. these are cockpit units and are cheaper than the outside versions. both work well on my volvo. |
