I was wondering whether anyone has a spare set of top Dynastart brackets they could sell me, or provide me with a pattern so that I can make my own brackets. My engine is a P5 and the Dynastart is a SIBA Mk2. Any help would be great!

Hello anthony, i had the same problem with my P55M,I have 3 dynostarts,2 with 3 inch pullies and a smaller one with 2.1/2inch pully.i offered the large dyno up to the cylinder head above the carb and took some measurements .i then used some 1 inch angle and cut and welded two brackets.measured and drilled the holes a lick of paint and they work fine.i also have a p6 the brackets for this engines dyno hang off the the exhaust expansion chamber cover plate, these might be the brackets you are looking for so if you can post the pully Dia, andalso the measurements of your dyno,s flanges, (the two that are in line with each other , from pully to rear( >[==]< ), i may be able to help you. regards steve.ps ,if you require a photo of the p6 brackets let me know.

Steven,
Many thanks for your reply concerning the Dynostart brackets. The brackets I require both fit on the cylinder head, both brackets have two holes to attach to the cylinder head. The bracket 1.5" away from the Dynastart pulley (4.5")has two mounting holes 1"5/8 hole centres. The second bracket has only one fixing hole.
Many thanks for your help.
