Do you want to flame spray the piston oversize? Or are you asking for a new piston? I can make a new one in aluminum but can not do cast iron. Is it for a 4 cycle or 2 cycle with a lump on top?

For cast iron piston, if it is too small, heat it evenly in a small charcoal furnace to a dull red. Let it soak fo a couple of hours, or over night, then let it cool very slowly over night. The cast iron will grow noticeably. If it did not grow enough the first time do it again. Sometimes it takes two or three heats to do, the trick. Cast iron can be made to grow quite a bit. Bear in mind that the wrist pin hole will now be larger too so a new wrist pin may have to be made or the pin hole bushed, and the ring lands may be wider also. Einar in Prince Rupert BC
