rwalker, your CLAE is a Fisherman 10 to give it its full name. The first reference I have found is an ad in International Power Boat of Sept 1940. They were still advertised well into the 1960’s. A 1959 ad states “Rugged, dependable marine power....proved by over 1,000 “Fisherman 10” owners”. So, they must have been a good engine. Sorry, no instruction or parts books. Eric

Hi Ray I'm in Sydney .Was recently given a copy of four pages which will be helpful. Will scan and send to you if you wish or post by mail. Small detail will not be as good so you can phone for anything non-readable. Regards Neil |

Rarely mentioned but CLAE stands for Central Launch and Engine Co. Cheers Neil |

Neil, I am a CLAE F-10 owner and interested in the four pages you have. Are they a Sales brochure with Specs and Installation Dimensions? If yes, I have this. If no, happy to share. Ray, Is your restoration finished? Peter. |
