I have a 12hp 4cyl Kermath serial No. 11964 which is missing it's carb. In the instruction book, dated 1924, which came with the engine it lists Kingston or Mayer. Elsewhere I have seen it suggested that it could be a Schebler. can anyone suggest an actual model or point me to someone who can? The carb flange mounting has holes at 2 3/8" crntres and a bore of 1 1/16". I can try to post some pics if needed. For anyones interest this engine was originally fitted in a 35' River Thames launch called Lady Sophina which is still in use but now fitted with a diesel. Thanks for any help. Rod |

Thanks John, I will be using a modern(ish) Zenith for the time being as they are easily available on this side of the water, but would like to fit a correct period carb at some stage. |
