Howdy all. I have retrieved an old Atlas from a mine in Nevada. It's a 4 cylinder, industrial dustless engine with 7.5 inch bores and has a crank jounal diameter of 4.5 inches. A lot of parts have been stripped off of it.
The parts I need are: rod bearings, main bearings, wrist pin bushings, high pressure fuel regulator, fuel rail/lines, oil pressure regulator, cylinder relief valves, crank pit covers, oil pumps, oil tank, oil filter/cooler, and compressor head.
If anyone knows of some parts anywhere, PLEASE let me know!! Thank you very much.

Have you tried this guy?
You could also get a copy of Boats and Harbors Magazine, there are occasionally Atlas Imperial engines for sale and there might be parts listed too. |

Yes. Stewart is a good guy and he's looking for a rod bearing right now. Parts are scarce for this particular engine and I have the only one that anyone knows of. I've also been in contact with Dan Grinstead and he's looking, but not too hopeful of finding much that will fit. |

"This guy", mentioned by Andrew, is a good man to go to. His email is [email protected]. He runs a foundry where he roughs out obsolete parts, and machines them to spec for the Atlas engine. Give him a go, see what he can do for you. |
