I have a Palmer P 60 in my Columbia 28. The engine runs fine for ten minutes then runs out of fuel. I have replaced the fuel hoses, filters, pump and the seperator. I also added an inline primer ball with the same results. I have also bypassed the main fuel tank with an outboard style fuel tank. The fuel flow through the fuel pump is strong but after a wile I start to see air collecting in the fuel filter before the pump. Both tanks are well vented, have I missed anything?

It sounds like one of the one way valves in you fuel pump is sticking or your sucking air on the intake side of your fuel pump. Its time to revisit some of the things you just worked on

Make sure also that all your fuel lines are in good shape and that you are not sucking air into the fuel line. Replace all old or dubious rubber lines with marine grade Coast Guard approved fuel hoses.
