Calvert 07 was great. Weather was good and lots of good stuff. Fellowship with the engine folks was superb as well. Many thanks to the museum staff for hosting another good show. Pics in no particular order. If anyone has a question we will try to answer it for you. Photos from Bob Long and myself.

It looks like ernie took pictures before most of the people got there. By 12 when i got there the lot was full and had to squize in. |

I believe these were taken Friday afternoon, we arrived about 5PM, and these were before that. The pictures were in no particular order, but there seems to be particular interest in a Canadian made engine.:-) |

There are pics from Fri, Sat And Sun. Larry I even have your truck. I will get to them as soon as I can. At that point the Canadian engine was just a target of oppertunity. The tag was real clear and at eye level. By the way some of these will be in Classis Yacht Magazine. You can view it online click here |

Thanks for putting up the picture. It shows how close the truck on that side is and the other side was just as close. I wonder if anyone out there has seen an AHH wisconsin with a gearbox like that one? |

Fantastic collection of engines with so many excellent restorations. They are just raring to go and be put in a boat. Anyone interested in their engine powering my 18' Truscott launch - lets talk? |

Larry, The picture of your Homelite outboard, Truscott Marine and Wisconsin with 2/1 FNR gear in the back of your truck. The Truscott is the grey painted one? What HP/size is it? |

Ernie, Is there any way of finding out who owns it? I ask because I think I have one, but I also recently saw an engfine that looks just like it that was a Neptune made in St. Paul, Minnesota ( possibly Minneapolis ) My engine does not have any name tag or name cast into it anyhwere that I can plainly see. Eventually I will be restoring it, but so far I can't find a tag, etc. Hope this stirs some interest. I can send images of mine if this would help. Regards, Archibald Northfield, Minnesota [email protected] |

I had a hard time posting, this puter must be going down hill. My engine has a wisconsin distributer added where the timer should be,so it looks cobbled together. Richard did find an old ad showing this engine with the sparkplug and not the igniter. Compression is so bad it will not keep running. So far i have not found anyone to tackel the repair. |

John, You could try the museum. E-mail Richard Dodds, his e-mail should be in the signup info in the Calvert info on the front page. Yes post pics of yours or e-mail them to me. I seem to remember that some early Neptunes were made be Mercury. You might also post a query on the antique outboard page. It is located here |
