Isn't that an outboard motor? I don't see a mount on the base. |

It could be a conversion kit, the lower bracket on the pto side has nothing to do with the outboard, Im looking at one right now. The block, cylinder, flywheel do look like outboard. The cast iron gussets near the exhaust are not on my outboard. I have seen other brands such as the ELTO that used the same basic engine with different assy for inboard and outboard. on the bottom of the crankcase following the ridge line it does look like the outboard motors fuel tank mount is broken off. This very well could be a converted outboard |
