looks like a thrall to me, too. and, I was just looking at mine yesterday. I bought mine cause I had a neat oiler looking for a home. |

Very distintive ridges around the water jacket this motor will look great when restored, It looks like a copper water jacket, but hard to place in this picture, I guess it could be brass I have a thing for copper and brass motors |
